Okolienta: Uche Nwosu Is An Imposter With A Stolen Mandate

Sir Leonard Okolienta has thumbed up governorship candidates of the APC, PDP, APGA, for boycotting the BBC Igbo debate day at the weekend.

Sir Okolienta who spoke to newsmen during a telephone chat stated that having Uche Nwosu to debate with other candidates would have given legitimacy to illegality. The Orlu born political tactician maintained that Uche Nwosu is an imposter who wants to steal the mandate freely given to him by the delegates of the party.

Sources close to the AA secretariat revealed that other candidates of political parties in the state shunned BBC debate because according to them, Nwosu is not the legitimate holder of AA gubernatorial ticket and that they cannot debate with a man with stolen mandate.
It could be recalled that AA had its gubernatorial primary election on October %, 2018 and Sir Okolienta emerged the standard bearer of the party.

Certificate of Return was issued to him by the National Chairman of the party, Barr Kenneth Udeze who was the returning officer of the primary poll and his name subsequently sent to the Independent Electoral Commission, INEC and is published in INEC’s website.

Okolienta has since approached the court to stop Nwosu’s impersonation and the matter transferred to the Federal High Court, Owerri where the legal fireworks are expected to begin soon.
