Coalition Group Alleges Abandonment By Senator Uzodinma

The choice of Chief Marcelinus Nlemigbo as chairman of the proposed 9 member caretaker committee, The Globe Newspaper learnt., was part of the plot by the hawks close to Senator Hope Uzodinma to continue to whittle down the influence of the coalition group and Dr Hilary Ekeh led APC so as to pave way for the complete domination of the complete domination of the party by Senator Uzodinma's close allies.

Another reason, our source adduced for the replacement of Dr Hilary Ekeh with chief Nlemigbo was that the later had the required experience and ability to lead as could be seen when he led the PDP state working committee, adding that Chief Nlemigbo had the reach that could lift the party up, given its battered image.

However, sources within the coalition family have expressed their displeasure at the way Senator Hope Uzodinma has been managing the affairs of  APC since his emergence as governor, saying that the coalition group had been treated with utmost disdain as if they did not matter.

The source also disclosed that chief Nlemigbo who had been a close associate of Senator Uzoidinma since their days in PDP would certainly stay longer than the said three months and would most certainly not hand over to Dr. Hilary Ekeh who they believe remains the authentic Imo APC chairman.
This new development has now set the supporters of senator Hope Uzodinma and members of the coalition group.

Meanwhile, the supporters of senator Hope Uzodinma otherwise known as Camp Hope have accused former secretary to the government of Imo state, Sir Jude Ejiogu for secretly working with Governor Rochas Okorocha to Undermine the governorship ambition of Senator hope Uzodinma, insisting that what happened last week during the wedding of Sir Ejiogu's daughter in which the members of the Rescue Mission were in attendance, confirmed the suspicion.
